In the past we have taken up a special collection for our Diocesan Fund for those in Need of Assistance on the Sunday of the Thanksgiving holiday. Since IOCC has established the Sunday before Thanksgiving as their “Giving Sunday” we will therefore transfer our parish collection for the Diocesan fund to the Sunday immediately after Nativity going forward.
